Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership in the NRI Legal Solutions Special Club (“the Club”). By becoming a member of the Club, you agree to abide by these Terms:
1. Membership Eligibility
- To become a member of the Club, you must meet the eligibility criteria and complete the membership application process.
- Membership is available to Non-Resident Indians (NRIs) or individuals outside India.
2. Membership Benefits
- As a member of the Club, you are entitled to exclusive benefits and services offered by NRI Legal Solutions. These benefits may include but are not limited to personalized assistance, enhanced security support, cultural insights, and priority access to services.
- The specific benefits may be subject to change, and NRI Legal Solutions reserves the right to modify or discontinue any benefit at any time.
3. Membership Fees
- Membership in the Club is subject to a monthly fee of $20, as specified during enrolment.
- Membership fee payments must be made promptly and follow the payment instructions provided by NRI Legal Solutions.
4. Duration and Renewal
- Club membership is ongoing and will renew automatically each month unless you choose to cancel your membership.
- You may cancel your membership anytime by providing written notice to NRI Legal Solutions. Membership fees for the current month are non-refundable.
5. Termination of Membership
- NRI Legal Solutions reserves the right to terminate a member’s Club membership at its discretion for any reason, including but not limited to violations of these Terms or disruptive behaviour.
- Termination of Club membership may result in losing access to Club benefits.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
- NRI Legal Solutions respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how your data is handled.
7. Limitation of Liability
NRI Legal Solutions, its employees, agents, partners, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your Club membership or the use of Club benefits.
8. Changes to Terms:
- NRI Legal Solutions may update these Terms occasionally to reflect changes in the Club’s services or legal requirements. You will be notified of any significant changes to these Terms.
9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
- These Terms shall be governed by and construed following the laws of India. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
By becoming a NRI Legal Solutions Special Club member, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from becoming a member of the Club. NRI Legal Solutions is committed to providing exceptional service and support during your journey in Punjab and India.
